1. Marinate chicken wings with pepper, soya sauce, sesame oil and hua tiao chiew 2. Drain away. 3. Coat with egg and dip into Kentucky flour. 4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan. 5. Put in coated chix wings and close pan for 4 minutes. 6. Open, wipe away the water and oil vapour. 7. Flip and wait for 4 minutes. 8. Open pan and let air in. The oil kind of got drained out.
