Marinade 2tbsp honey 2tbsp light soya sauce Juice from half a lemon Black pepper
Method
1. Marinate meat with the seasoning for a few hours. 2. Use medium heat, place meat slices in the pan. Abt 5 mins each side.
You can close the pan for the 1st 2 mins, then leave it open. Only then will the marinate sauce caramelize and coat the meat. Close the pan and flip, and repeat.
