3 Chicken thighs deboned
1 capsicum
5 tbsp soy sauce (Japanese brand, preferred)
5 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp cooking sake
1.5 tbsp sugar
Ingredient and Portion
3 Chicken thighs deboned
1 capsicum
5 tbsp soy sauce (jap preferred)
5 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp cooking sake
1.5 tbsp sugar
Method
1. Put all sauces in pot and simmer till sticky.
2. Cut the chicken and capsicum to bite size and skewer it.
2. Brush the sauce on the chicken and cook.
