Here's a light dish to add some spice to your lunch or dinner menu!
Ingredient and Portion
For 3pax + 1 children

Minced Pork
Prawn
Diced Pumpkin (or red/green capsicum)
Spinach (optional)
2 tubes of egg tofu
3 eggs
Garlic
Some oil
Some potato starch
Oyster Sauce + pepper
Fresh mushroom
Method
1. Pan fried the Tofu for 2mins each side as per your preference. Set aside for later use
2. Put some oil on the pan, Fry the garlic, meat, pumpkin & mushroom. I just put oyster sauce + pepper for taste. Add in water. Shut the Pan for 3~4mins.
3. Open the pan, add in prawn + spinach and shut the lid for another 1~2mins. Once done, set aside for later use.
4. Beat up the eggs, put some oil on HCP, pour the eggs on the pan. Shut the lid for 30sec. Arrange the tofu on the eggs. Pour in the Meat + gravy on the pan and shut the lids for 3mins.
