Marinate 1/2 tsp of miso 2 tsp of mirin Dash of sugar Sesame oil
Method
1) Pat dry the cod fillet. 2) Marinate the cod fillet with miso, mirin, sugar and sesame oil mixture for atleast 15 minutes. 3) Heat the Happy Call pan. Add sliced ginger and marinated cod fillet. 4) Pan fry each side for atleast 5 minutes. If the fish is thicker, fry it a little bit longer. 5) Serve.
