Part A: 300g lean pork (cut to thin slices) 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp thick dark soya sauce 1 tbsp mushroom sauce 1 tbsp hua tiao cooking oil A bit cinnamon powder A bit Potato Starch
Part B: 1 tbsp oil 3 clove garlic, chopped 3 clove shallot, pound to paste if possible 2-3 slice ginger A handful green peas (or mixed vegetables) Some hot water
Method
1. Mix Part A together evenly and set aside for half an hour. 2. Heat up the oil in the HCP, then add in the shallot paste. 3. Add in the garlic and ginger and stir-fry. 4. When a nice aroma is formed, add in the pork mixture and stir. 5. When the meat is 3/4 cooked, add in the green peas (mixed vegetables), stir evenly. 6. Add in the small amount of water and stir evenly, then close the pan and simmer for a minute. 7. Serve with rice.
