1/2 chicken (you can also use chicken thigh or drumsticks) 5 slices of ginger
Marinate: 2 tbs oyster sauce 1 tbs ginger juice (grate abt 2cm of ginger and squeeze the juice out) 1 tbs light soya sauce 1 tsp dark soya sauce (just for the color) 1 tsp sugar dash of sesame oil dash of pepper dash of shaoxing wine
Method
1) Marinate the chicken with the marinate seasoning and leave for 3 hours. 2) Using medium low heat, fry the ginger slices until fragrant. Add in the chicken and cook for 7 mins. Flip and cook for another 7 mins.
