Lean pork (150g) Prawns (6-8pcs Middle size) Sotong (1 Middle Size) Fish Cake (1pcs) Vegetable (I use Spinach) 2 eggs Some Corn Starch to thicken the gravy
Method
1) You need to cook rice in the rice cooker first. 2) Fry some garlic with abit of oil. Add in Pork to stir fry for a while then add in prawn & sotong. 3) Add one table spoon of black sauce, 1/2 table spoon of soya sauce + pepper to stir fry 4) Add one cup of water and cook for a while. (Maybe 1-2mins) 5) Add in eggs & vegetable…. Maybe u can taste whether it taste salty enough for u as you can still add in some more soya sauce to taste 6) Lastly add in corn starch water to thicken the gravy. 7) Scoop gravy over rice
