Fish (Batang, Tenggiri, black prompet etc... anything that u like) Sliced onion 2-3 tbsp of chili paste (depends on personal preference) 1 tbsp of Assam paste/Tamarind MIX with 1 to 2 bowls of water (You can adjust according to your own preference) Sugar Salt
Method
1. Put a bit of oil in the pan & add in sliced onions. 2. stir fry a while then add in chili paste & continue to stir. 3. Pour in the assam water & let it cook until it starts to boil. 4. Add salt & sugar to taste (if find ur curry too sour then add more sugar or salt to balance it). 5. Lastly, add in fish & cook well.
