1 piece of salmon fillet 2 to 3 tbsp margerine 2 to 3 tbsp honey 2 to 3 tbsp ground black pepper 2 to 3 tsp mixed Italian herbs
Method
Preparation: 1. Wash salmon fillet quickly under cold running water and dry with kitchen towel. 2. Coat salmon fillet all round with margerine generously. 3. Coat honey generously over coat of margerine all round. 4. Scatter grounded black pepper generously all round. 5. Scatter mixed italian herbs generously all round.
Cooking 1. Transfer coated salmon fillet into HCP with skin at bottom. 2. Close HCP lid/cover, turn on low heat, bake for 5 minutes and serve hot.
