1kg of prawns 1 can of evaporated milk 1/5 slab of butter 3 shallot, minced 2 to 3 stalks of curry leave 1 to 2 chilli padi 2 to 3 salted egg yolk, steamed and smashed 2 slices of cheese
Method
1. Melt butter, add curry leaves, minced shallot, smashed salted egg yolk and chilli padi. Fry till frangant. 2. Add evaporated milk, 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar. Close HCP, bring the mixture to boil. (abt 1 min) 3. Open pan, add prawns, closed pan, let the prawns simmer in the gravy for 2 to 3 minutes 4. Open pan, add cheese. Once cheese melts, stir abit and serve.
