Method
1) Wash and prepare the tian ji. 2) Add in the marinate and leave it for about an hour or so. 3) Prepare the vegetables. 4) Place the rice into the HappyCall pan, add water (slightly above the rice). 5) Let the rice cook for about 15 minutes ('til it's about 70% cook). 6) Add in the chinese sausage and cook for about 1 minute. 7) Add in the tian ji and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. 8) Add the vegetables and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. 9)Add spring onions and parsley, cook for 1 minute. 10) Add in the dark sauce and mix the rice. 11) Serve.
