C: 1 tsp Sesame Oil 1 tsp of Ginger cut to thin strips 1 clove of Garlic sliced 4-5x Dried Chilli (Soak in hot water for 5 mins and remove seeds) Mixed Vegetables (Optional) 3 stalks Spring Onion Chinese Parsley
Method
1. Slice chicken breast into slices, marinate chicken with salt & pepper 2. Beat egg white and add to chicken, add corn starch 3. Mix (B) well 4. Stir-fry mixture (A) until cooked, set aside 5. Add sesame oil, stir fry ginger, garlic and dried chilli 6. Add cooked chicken, stir fry together 7. Add mixed vegetable (optional) 8. Add (B) & stir-fry till well mixed 9. Add spring onion & parsley 10. Stir-fry for about 1 min and serve
