(A) 400g Pork Loin Sliced (about 12 slices) 1 tsp of Salt 1 tsp of Soya Sauce 1 pinch of Pepper 1 Egg White 2 tbsp Potato Starch Flour Rice Flour (For coating)
(B) Green Capsicum cut into cube forms Pineapple cut into cube forms Tomato cut into cube forms (up to you to choose whichever type of tomato available) 1 Yellow Onion cut into leaf form
(C) 4-5 tbsp Tomato Sauce 2 tsp Light Soya Sauce 1/2 tsp Dark Soya Sauce 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Sugar (Adjust to reduce sourish taste) 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar A dash of Chinese Wine (绍兴酒) Corn Starch Water
Method
Preparation: 1. Tenderise the pork loin 2. Marinate with salt, soya sauce and pepper 3. Add egg white to marinated meat 4. Mix in potato stach flour 5. Coat with rice flour before pan fry 6. Mix (C) well
Cooking: Fry coated pork loin and set aside Stir-fry (B) Add (C) Stir-fry till mixture thickens and coats every piece of pork loin Serve and enjoy
