60ml Milk
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Method
1. Beat the egg, add sugar and milk
2. Sift flour and baking powder and add to mixture
3. Fold the mixture til smooth
4. Pour the mixture into the moulds
5. Heat Happy Call Pan for 1 minute before putting the moulds into pan
6. On low fire, bake for about 12-15 minutes
