Ingredient and Portion
250g Butter
180g Castor sugar
180ml Milk
340g self raising flour
100g dried chopped cranberry
100g chopped walnut
1/4 tsp salt
Method
1. Sift flour
2. In another bowl, mix butter and sugar well
3. Add in milk and cream into mixture
4. Fold in sifted flour, followed by cranberry and walnut
5. Grease Happy Call Pan and pour in mixture.
6. Bake for approx 10mins in small-medium fire (while moving pan around the flame)
6. Flip and bake for another 10mins (move pan around flame as well)
