2 fillets Fish (Sliced) 2 stalks Lemongrass (Thinly sliced) 3 Garlic 4 Shallots 2 Chili padi 1 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Fish sauce 1 tbsp Oil (for frying) 1/4 Green lime
Method
1) Blend garlic, shallot, chilli padi and sugar 2) Add fish sauce and marinate fish for at least an hour 3) Fry fish using Happy Call Pan till golden brown 4) Before removing pan from fire, squeeze lime juice over 5) Dish and serve with condiments over fish
