1 cup Glutinous flour 1/2 cup Water 1/2 cup Sugar 50ml Coconut cream (Kara) Pandan Essence / Fresh Pandan Juice / Vanilla Essence) Coloring, optional
Method
1. Mix all ingredients well 2. Pour mixture into pan, use a chopstick to keep stirring (It will form a ball of dough, keep stirring until you can lift the sticky dough with the chopsticks - Take about 10mins or less) 3. Put the cooked dough in cooked corn flour (Available at Japanese supermarket,片蜀粉). 4. Separate out the portion you need from the mochi dough, add in red bean paste ball/strawberry or any fillings at this stage, shape into ball. 5. Dust more corn flour over it and sweep away extra 6. Serve chilled
