1/2 Chicken (chopped into about 8-10pcs) 3 Dried mushrooms (soaked in water and sliced) 2 Black fungus (soaked in water and sliced) 1 tbsp Wolfberries (washed and set aside) 1" thick Ginger (sliced thinly) 2 Potatoes (cut into cubes - optional)
Marination for Chicken: 1 tbsp Sesame oil 2 tbsp Light soya sauce 1 tsp Dark soya sauce Dash of pepper
1. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes in the ingredients 2. Heat Happy Call Pan and add sesame oil on medium fire 3. Add in sliced ginger and sautéed until fragrant 4. Put in the marinated chicken and close pan for 3min 5. Flip and cook for another 2min 6. Flip back, open pan and add remaining ingredients. Add the bowl of seasoning as well 7. Close pan and simmer for 20min on medium low fire
