A healthier version (no MSG) of Hokkien mee.
Ingredient and Portion
1 pkt Hokkien Mee
10 Prawns
100g Pork
1 pc Fish cake
1 tsp Garlic
400ml Water
Chye Sim (up to your preference)
Seasoning
1/2 Chicken cube
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp Light soy sauce
1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame oil
Method
1. Shell prawns, cut pork, fish cake and chye sim
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil, fry garlic till fragrant, add prawn, pork and fish cake. Fry evenly and dish out set aside
3. Pour water and seasoning into pan, cook for 2 mins
4. Add noodles cook for 5 mins
5. Open pan, stir the noodles and add vegetables, cook for another 5 mins
6. Stir in prawns, pork, fish cake cook till fairly dry
7. Dish out and serve
