1. Wash meat and cut into 2cm cubes 2. Marinate with ingredients (A) 3. Keep in a container and store in fridge for at least 2 - 3hrs (best if overnight) 4. Mix ingredients (B) in a plastic bag 5. Add meat into plastic bag and coat with flour mixture 6. Heat oil in HappyCall Pan on medium fire for about 2 minutes 7. Place coated meat in heated oil to deep fry 8. Cover HCP, leaving a seam for moisture to escape (or place a wooden chopstick between handles) and fry for about 3 - 5 minutes 9. Open the HCP, turn meat to fry thoroughly 10. Once golden brown, remove from oil and put on kitchen towels 11. Dish and serve
