To make sure that the meat is flavourful til the bone, it's better to marinate it overnight.

600g Pork Pime Ribs (4-6 pieces, about 3-4 inches in length)
Marinade:
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2tsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp char siew sauce
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp sugar
4 cloves garlic (mashed with skin on)
4 shallots (mashed)
Glazing:
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
Method
Method:
1. Marinate pork ribs for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Put in pan and cook for about 10 mins or until cooked.
3. Brush with glazing and cook for another 3 mins, flipping in between.
