Japanese desserts are a must-try, especially this Japanes Sakura Mochi by Chef Tadahi Takahashi.
Ingredient and Portion
50g Japanese Mochi flour
100ml Hot water
15g Sugar
40g Sweet red bean
4pcs Sakura leaves

Method
1. Mix Japanese Mochi flour with sugar and hot water, then leave them 30min
2. Steam in a steam oven for 10mins, alternatively you can microwave the mixture for 10mins
3. Roll sweet red bean into 10g balls
4. Wrap sweet bean ball with cooked Mochi Flour from (2)
5. Soak Sakura leaves in water for 10mins
6. Wrap Mochi from (4) with the Sakura leaves
