Method
1. Mix Japanese Mochi flour with sugar and hot water, then leave them 30min 2. Steam in a steam oven for 10mins, alternatively you can microwave the mixture for 10mins 3. Roll sweet red bean into 10g balls 4. Wrap sweet bean ball with cooked Mochi Flour from (2) 5. Soak Sakura leaves in water for 10mins 6. Wrap Mochi from (4) with the Sakura leaves
