Marinade: Korean BBQ Sauce Ginger Juice
Method
1. Heat the pan. Add 1 tbsp oil. Sauté grated ginger 'til fragrant. 2. Add onion and continue to sauté 'til almost cooked. 3. Add marinated pork and close lid for 3 min. 4. Throw in asparagus/broccoli and pour the dark sweet soya sauce mixture. 5. Close lid for another 1.5-2min max so the vegetables will not be overcooked.
