Method:
1) in a pot, boil water… stir in 1 tbsp butter, add in lasagna till half cook, drain & keep aside
2) in a wok, pour in the oil, in medium heat then, add onion, garlic, ginger, spice… stir till fragrance
3) lastly add in the meat & oregano, salt & pepper to taste.. stir till meat are tender
4) brush a rectangular flan with butter, place 1 layer of lasagna, spread the mushroom cream
5) add another layer, spread the meat, sprinkle with cheese
6) cover another layer, spread cream & another, do the same again & again
7) lastly sprinkle the cheese, sprinkle with oregano again
8) bake till cheese turn golden… garnish with parsley & serve with tabasco
