Here's another way to prepare your prawns.

Ingredient and Portion
500gr prawns
3 slices chopped ginger
5 gloves chopped garlic
1 chilli, sliced
4 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
4 tsp sugar
6 tbsp water+2tbsp cornflour, for thickening sauce
Method
1. Fry prawn until pink,set aside.
2. In the same pan, (add more oil if needed) sautéed ginger 'til fragrant.
3. Add in chilli and garlic, sauté till fragrant.
4. Add prawns and sauce, let it sit for awhile.
5. Add cornflour mix to thicken sauce.
