Here's another version of cake/bread you can prepare at home.
Ingredient and Portion
250 grams all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
115 grams butter
200 grams granulated whitesugar
3 large eggs
1/2 tablespoon (6 grams) pure vanilla extract
1 cup (240 ml) plain yoghurt (I used mixed berries flavor)
1/3 cup (80 ml) lemon juice (about 2-3 large lemons)
115 grams cranberries or dried cherries 
Method
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and make a hole in the center.
2. Mix liquid ingredients in another bowl. Pour onto dry ingredients. Combine until dry ingredients are just moistened. Add the optional add-ins.
3. Bake it in HC basic pan, low heat n 6 mins on each side.
