1 capsule of Arpeggio Grand Cru 35 ml / 1.2 oz of sparkling water 5 ml / 0.2 oz of white mint syrup 1 leaf of fresh mint 5 table spoons of crushed ice 2 ice cubes 1 Nespresso White sugar (3 g / 0.1 oz)
Method
1. Prepare an Arpeggio Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz) and pour it into the shaker 2. Add the sugar and 2 ice cubes, shake the ingredients 3. Add 5 table spoons of crushed ice into the glass and stick the straw in the ice 4. Use a spoon to gently pour the espresso into the glass 5. Decorate the top of your glass with a mint leaf.
