250g plain flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 175g caster sugar 250ml milk 90ml vegetable oil /85g butter, melted 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla 2 scoops Nutella (can add more) OR 2 tbsp of cocoa powder + 150gm choc chip to get choc chip cake
Method
1. Mix all dry ingredients, create a well in the middle. 2. Mix all wet ingredients, pour into the well of the dry ingredients and mix well (Do not to overmix the mixture as it will toughen the cake texture, lumpy batter creates fluffy cake) 3. Pour into HCP and cook on low fire for 8-10 mins, flip and cook for another few mins
For the nutella, Mix with some hot/warm water to melt it totally and mix in or stir in to get lumpy and chunky bites.
