500 grams of cream cheese 400 grams of Nutella 10-15 slices of digestive biscuits (or a pre-made graham cookie crust) 75 grams of unsalted butter 60 grams of icing sugar 100 grams of toasted Hazelnuts (optional)
Method
Start by preparing the base of the cheesecake. It's easier if you have the pre-made cookie crust, but if not, it is easy enough to make one. Begin with crumbling the digestive biscuits to small crumbs in a processor. Add the unsalted butter, 15 grams of Nutella and if you have them, the toasted hazelnuts before blending to a damp, sandy mixture. Pour the mix onto a spring form pan, spreading it evenly at the button of the pan. Refrigerate to set the base.
Moving on, we can work on the cheese. Beat the cream cheese and icing sugar till a smooth texture is achieved. Add what's left of the Nutella into the mix and blend evenly.
Once done, pour the nutella-cream cheese mix atop the base and place it back into the refrigerator to set overnight and voila! You're done!
