This Oat and Walnut Cookie recipes is a great snack in between big meals.
Ingredient and Portion
A: 140g SCS Pure Butter Creamery Butter, 140g Buttercup Luxury Spread, 230g castor sugar
B: 1 egg, 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
C: 300g Sunshine plain flour, 75g corn flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 80g oats, 80g toasted walnuts (Chopped)
Method
1. Stir ingredients A until fluffy then add in ingredients B, mix until well combined.
2. Add in ingredients C, mix well until dough becomes smooth.
3. Divide cookie dough into 30g and shape into balls, then egg wash. Put a small piece of walnut on top.
4. Bake in pre-heated oven at 175C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
