3 level soup spoons sweet potatoes flour
1 tbsp Corn flour
1/2 tsp salt
6 soup spoons water
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Ingredient and Portion
3 level soup spoons sweet potatoes flour
1 tbsp Corn flour
1/2 tsp salt
6 soup spoons water
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Method
1. Mix the flour, salt and water.
2. Put 1 tbsp oil in the pan and pour in the flour mixture.
3. Wait till is slightly cooked then pour in the eggs.
4. Once the bottom cooked, divide the eggs into small portion n turn over the other side.
5. Cook till desired texture then put in the oysters.
6. Pour in the Shaoxing wine and light soya sauce on the oysters.
7. Add in the sesame oil once cooked and serve.
