Ingredients: Salmon (Fillet cut) - 1 piece Processed cheese (square type like kraft etc) - 2 slices Dried Basil Leaves Salt
Seasoning
Seasoning: First rub the salmon lightly with salt on both sides then season with dried basil leaves leave aside for 5 mins
Method
1. Heat up the pan without oil (salmon is already rich in natural fish oil). 2. Pan fry the side with skin for abt 5 mins on medium fire. 3. Flip over and continue with the other side (meanwhile can slightly open and check if the skin is crispy enough). 4. Continue flipping as and when, till both sides are crispy, especially the skin. 5. With the skin at the bottom, top it with 2 slices of cheese covering the whole salmon. 5. Sprinkle some basil leaves on top of the cheese and cover. 6. Continue cooking till the cheese melt totally (abt 1 min) and serve hot.
