4 sheets of gelatin (soaked in cold water) 500 ml heavy cream 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 vanilla pod (scrap out the seed) 1/2 cup kahlua
Method
1. Boil heavy cream in a sauce pan. Add brown sugar, vanilla seed and stir thoroughly. 2. Add gelatin and kahlua. Keep stirring till it blends well. 3. Pour the hot mixture to small ramekins. Keep in the fridge for 5-6 hours before serving.
