Add some flavour in your sponge cake by mixing it with peanut butter. It's so easy to prepare with your HCP!
Ingredient and Portion
250g spongecake mix, any brand will do
5 eggs
50 ml water
50 ml oil
2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter (can use chunky type) 
Method
1. Beat sponge cake mix, eggs and water at high speed for 10 mins (until very light yellow, less than 10 mins
2. Add in oil and peanut butter.
3. Beat at medium speed for 2-3 mins.
4. Pour mixture into the pan.
5. Bake bottom for 7-8 mins, flip and for another 6 mins.
Tips
Move HCP middle, left and right of the stove at an interval while baking to get an even colour
