3/4 cup self-raising flour 3/4 cup plain flour 1 cup lukewarm water 1 tsp instant yeast 1 tsp sugar/honey
Method
1. Add yeast, sugar into the lukewarm water and let it bloom 2. Add both flours and then add the liquid and mix them and proceed with the toppings 3. Low-medium fire for about 15mins Don't need to flip the HCP as the toppings will stick Note: Can yield 2 thin bases
