Pork ribs is 1 of my all time favourite dish and i would order it whenever i have my dinner at a zhu chao stall. The usual pork ribs uses sweet and sour sauce and it's time for a change since i'm the chef of the night.
I chose to use fruity sauce, plum with a twist of lemon! :-0 Am so looking to the finished product.
Ingredients; Pork chop Cornflour Thickening agent Cherry tomatoes Chopped coriander Oil for frying
Seasoning
Marinate; Bicarbonate soda Light soy sauce Salt Pepper
Sauce; 2 tbsp plum sauce 1 tsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar Lemon juice Dark soy sauce Light soy sauce Water
Method
Method; -Marinade pork chop for 1 hr, coat with some cornflour. -Deep fried in oil till 70% cook, drained. -Bring sauce to boil, return pork chop to wok. -Toss well, simmer until gravy thickens. -Garnish and serve. -Enjoy!
