I have not really experienced the taste of pear being roasted before, so this was a very non-routine encounter. It was interesting how the Cinnamon Sugar added another dimension to the otherwise cold and routine pear. It’s different. You should try it out or at least experience it once in your lifetime.
1 serving of pear 1 serving of yogurt 1 serving of strawberry

Method
1. Wash and half the pear. 2. Cut away a small slice from the bottom of the pear to make it stand. 3. Core the center of the pear away. 4. Sprinkle the top of the pear with Cinnamon Sugar. 5. Bake in oven at 200°C for 5mins. 6. Dish and serve with strawberry
Tips
The strawberry can become a very nice decorative item to entice children to the dish.
