1. Wash and clean the pork belly. 2. Boil in water for about 15 to 20 minutes until cooked. 3. Drain and pat dry. Make sure it's really dry. 4. Rub salt, five spice powder and pepper over the meat. For that intense flavour which seeps through the meat, you can marinate it for about 2 hours. You can also leave it in the fridge to dry out thoroughly. 5. Pour some oil into the pan, around 1 tbsp. Use medium high heat. Place pork skin side down and cook for 5 minutes. Do the same for the 2 sides for 5 min each. It should take around 5 to 6 minutes each side.
