2 portions of 1.5 to 2 litres of water, 1 portion to boil and the other to cool 1/3 pkt of or box of linguine 1 tsp salt 3 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves of garlic, chopped 6 pcs of large prawns (heads, shells, and intestine, and left tail removed)
1 medium sized squid, about 7 to 8 inches and cut into rings 1/2 green and 1/2 yellow capsicum, cut into mini cubes 2 handfuls of clams (Lala) 1 can Prego Pasta sauce
Method
Linguine 1. With a pot, bring 1st portion of 1.5 - 2 litres water with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to boil. 2. Put in 1/3 pkt of linguine and cook for 11 mins. 3. Drain off boiling water from pot and cool cooked linguine with 2nd portion of water. 4. Drain off cooling water from pot and mix in 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the cooked liguine. 5. Split cooked linguine into 2 serving plates.
Sauce 1. Pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil into preheated HCP. 2. Add in chopped garlic, can of pasta sauce, clams, squid rings, prawns, capsicum cubes and close the HCP. 3. Flip HCP every 30 seconds for 2mins. 4. Turn off the stove and pour out cooked sauce into the 2 plates of linguine. 5. Add pinch of cut Basil leaves, Herbs and Kraft Parmeson Cheese powder and serve hot.
