Spare Ribs / Chicken in Curry (Paste type)

Ingredient and Portion
1 pack of curry powder (I buy from wet market stall, mixed by Indian auntie)
1 pack of wet onion (bought from same stall)
$1 coconut blended husk (this type taste better - needs squeeze & filter) 
Pork ribs / chicken
5 potatoes (cut into shapes preferred)
1 cube of Knorrs chicken stock

Coconut milk
Add half cup of water to blended husk
Squeeze out milk in 1 bowl & leave aside (Let's call this milk A)
Add another cup of water to remaining coconut blended husk
Squeeze out milk in another bowl (Milk B)
Method
1. Mix curry powder with hot water & make into a paste
2. Add about 2-3 tbs oil into pan
3. Add wet onion & stir fry until its dry
4. Add curry paste & stir fry
*If u see paste too dry, add some hot water
Add 1 tbs sugar & a pinch of salt
5. Keep stirring till the curry smell is out 
6. Once smell is out, add pork ribs/chicken
7. Add chicken stock cube
8. Continue stirring till pork ribs cooked
9. Add potatoes 
10. Add Milk B
11. Let it simmer for awhile, keep stirring
*If the paste looks dry, add hot water
12. Add Milk A when potato is cooked/tender (to own liking) & bring to boil before u off fire
13. Dish up & serve
