Pork ribs Bittergrourd Fermented black beans (tao xi) which can be found in NTUC but you have to soak them to get rid of the saltiness Chopped garlic Few slices of ginger
Marinate the ribs with the following: Hua diao wine Cornflour Sesame oil Soya sauce Dark soya sauce
Method
1. Heat up your HCP. 2. Put a bit of cooking oil, n fry the garlic, ginger n black beans. Fry till the fragrance is out then put in the ribs n mixed well. 3. Add in bittergrourd and add water. 4. Close the lid n put on small fire to stew it till the bittergrourd turns soft.
