Method
1. Marinate the diced chicken with salt, pepper and sesame oil. 2. Coat diced chicken with tapioca flour and fried till golden brown. Set aside for use. 3. Add in tomato, big onion, pineapple, red and green capsicum and stir fry till fragrant. Add in Chang Cheng Sweet and Sour Paste. 4. Add diced chicken into the sauce and stir evenly till sauce content is reduced. Ready to serve.
