Prawns and tomatoes make a great combination. See how their tastes blend well with this recipe.
Ingredient and Portion
10 Large prawns, shells and vein removed
1/2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup ketchup, mixed with 25ml of water
1 chilli, deseeded and cut into long strips (optional)
1 small tomato, cut into small chunks
Method
1) Heat oil in pan and add garlic. Fry till fragrant.
2) Add prawns and tomato chunks and fry till they are almost cooked.
3) Add the ketchup solution and stir evenly till the paste bubbles.
4) Serve warm.
