Marinate: Some sesame oil Some salt Dash of pepper Dash of hua tiao
Seasoning
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce 2 tablespoon of soya sauce Some stock /water
Method
1. Marinate prawns. 2. Heat some oil in HappyCall and fry garlic and ginger till fragrant. 4. Add in the prawns and cook for about 6 mins (flip once in between). 5. Add in dong fen, stock and seasoning and cook for another 1-2mins.
