For this dish, it is advisable to use pork fillet so the flavour can really seep in.
Ingredient and Portion
Hokkien Mee (I use 3/4 pack of mee)
Cai Xin
Pork, Sliced (I use pork fillet)
Prawns (deveined but except the tail)
Garlic
1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Seasoning:
1 3/4 cup of water
1tbsp dark soya sauce
1/2 tsp of knorr chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp of cornflour
Method
(Use Med Heat)
1) Marinate the pork with 1 tsp light soya sauce and 1 tsp of cornflour
2) Marinate Prawns with pinch of salt
3) Heat pan with sesame oil. Add garlic and fry till fragrant
4) Add the pork and veg in. Stir fry till the pork no longer pink colour. This shd take ard 1-2 mins. I close pan in between cooking.
5) Open pan, add mee and stir fry for 1-2 mins.
6) Add prawns on the centre of pan and close pan. Aft 1 min, make a swirl and flip and cook for another 1 min.
7) Flip back the pan and open pan. Add in the seasoning and stir fry to ensure mee is well mix with seasoning and sauce thickened.
8) Serve
