I love how the char siew noodles turned out to be better than I expected since I thought I was ordering noodles from a regular stall in a food court.The noodles were cooked to rightness, the noodles were springy. The portion of char siew meat was considered generous and the guy served me with lean meat as requested. The vegetables were green which means the vitamins still retained. The vegetables were green which means the vitamins still retained. The best part about my dinner was the dumplings soup; there were 4 pieces of dumplings filled with lean pork and a fresh, crunchy prawn in each. The soup was really tasty too.
All these for only $4 at the airport!
