I absolutely love xiao long bao and will try new xiao long bao readily from restaurants or food courts etc. Out of so many xiao long bao I've tried in Singapore, this is my favourite and probably the most reasonably priced xiao long bao (lets be honest. who's really willing to pay $1 per xiao long bao?). The xiao long bao is filled with lots of soup and I can't tell you just how many times the soup just splashed or squirt out of the xiao long bao. The soup has a thick taste and although I love the taste, my family finds it a little too salty some times.

The pork isn't like the kind of fine pork that Din Tai Fong or Crystal Jade offers but it is not dry! The skin of the xiao long boa is relatively thin except for the top part but it has become thinner over the years (I've been patronising this restaurant for years) and I'm happy about the change.

I recommended the restaurant to many of my friends and my family and now we visit the restaurant weekly. (We do not live near West Mall. It is that good that we'll travel to there just for a meal) This is the ultimate place for affordable and delicious xiao long bao. Do give it a try!
