The most important I see in a prawn noodle is the soup. It has to have the strong taste of the prawns. This stall's prawn noodle definitely has that done well. The prawns are big and fresh too. However, the troublesome part comes when you have to de-shell it. I ordered the noodles with pork ribs too. The pork ribs was not very flavorful as it did not absorb the taste of the prawns. Itself was quite bland too.
