We had hi-tea at Swensens in United Square. Swensens is best known for their desserts and I ordered the chocolate ice-cream in waffle bowl. It tasted delicious and I enjoyed every spoon of the ice-cream. It was very smooth and melts in the mouth easily. It costs around $10 which I feel was worth the money. Great place to chill.
